3rd Gen Mewtwo Help

I need some help, I beat the elite four on my FireRed game and I went to the Cerulean cave to get Mewtwo but the guy won't move. x.X A little help?

You have to get the RUby and Sapphire Plates from the Sevii Islands. Then the cave is accessible.

Thank, I found the ruby gem, but forgot where the Sapphire gem is, can anyone tell me where?

You might also want to bring a ghost pokemon and an ice pokemon. Then bring a whole lot of ultraballs in order to catch him

I know you might not care since you have your own strategies on how to catch him. But freeze Mewtwo instead of put him to sleep. It makes him much easier to catch

Whatever you do, DON'T USE THE MASTER BALL ON MEWTWO!!!! Save it for the legendary dog that will be in your game. I made the mistake of using it on Mewtwo my first time through FR and it took me two weeks to catch Raikou. Just save your game in front of Mewtwo and keep trying until you catch it. This is also an easy way to get a shiny Mewtwo, since the encounter is random. Timer Balls or other special Pokeballs might help as well.

its real easie to ctch him without the masterball. you just put him to sleep and throw and ultra ball. it works nearly all the time. the first ultra ball i threw when he was asleep caught him.

thanks all, I caught mewtwo on my second Ultra ball, and I really don't care bout the legendarys since I got them all. x3 *tosses master balls around*
