Mewtwo Returns

Does anyone know a place where i can download Mewtwo Returns in english or Dutch (dutch = NOT GERMAN).

I prefer a mirc channel or a Bittorrent site.

PPN[fp] is the only one in the channel who has it, but his queues are always full :(
