It is not open because you have to go to the Sevii Islands and rescue Lorelei. Get the Ruby on One Island give it to Ceilo and then go to Four Island to the Icefall Cave. Help Lorelei beat the Rockets. Then I believe the Dungeon will open for business

Thanks! but somebody else told me that before you get fight Mewtwo, you gotta fight Mewtree,Mewten,Mewhundred,Mewmillion,Mewkagillion. Is that all true? Cause I only know mew and Mewtwo. (*attacked by Mew clones*)?
