Mewtwo vs. Goku

Who would win: Goku or Mewtwo?

Pokemon have easily breainwashed others before with little time to do it. Drowsee fomr ornage islands, Entei form teh movie, Mewtwo on Nurse Joy? Sound liek familiar brainwashing incidents?

And it's jsut liek How Freiza and Goku were fighting evenly at first, till Freiza was forced to up it a notch. Tehy maybe fighting evenly, but that doesn't change th fact that he wasn't trying. He woud probably have only tried if Mew started to get the uperhand, just like Freiza had done when Goku started to get the upper hand. And as strong as you say Goku's mind is, it doesn't change the fact that Mewtwo's mind has an undeniable will that would make short work of goku.

And teleport means it was moved someplace else, which is wasn't.Only the humans and pokemonwere moved,teh lab just disappeared.

If he wasn't fighting to his full potential and he was holding back, then why would he still allow Mew to hit him?
Mew was a formidable foe for Mewtwo, thats kinda why they made the movie.

And those Pokemon with mind control. It still wasn't instantaneous. If Goku and Mewtwo started to fight, Mewtwo wouldn't even have two seconds to concentrate on controling Goku's mind. Goku is far too fast for that.
 
I think Mewtwo would win, yes it's true Gokuy has insane streangth, but Mewtwo and at least control his LOL-jk i just think that Mewtwo is more calm and wise compaired to Goku
 
And goku wouldnt' konw taht Mewtwo was trying to control him, so he wouldn't be in a hurry to take mewtwo down. And any rte, Mullet is right, mewtwo cna multi task. He can try to control Goku while at the same time have his protective sheild up to defend him against attacks.
 
Which is why he will never loose a fight unless he gave up to something or old age so basicly he is indestrutable.

There is no way that Goku could win so stop being stubbron and admit that Goku no matter how strong or how cool Goku is he could never beat Mewtwo, and plus the fight wold never happen so stop what ifing and just quit the whole topic even if they do fightMewtwo would whoop Goku!!!

We did not say how the fight would begin. All that we said was that they were to fight. Don't make a new scenario for this. Don't automatically say that Goku doesn't know that Mewtwo is going to try to take over his mind. Protective shield again? Geez, how powerful do you think that shield can possibly be versus Goku's attack power?

Heck Goku never defends, his defense is sending out his own offense...

Don't Spam, at least give a reason for why you think so.

And don't tell me to give up either, this is my own opinion mind you.
 
Goku has a advantage cause if you remeber the scene were frieza blows up the planet all sayins were barelly off the surface of the planet. Meaning they could live also he can shoot mewtwo down with a Ki blast or his kamehaha attack. Which is distance and he can always power it up. Then if mewtwo ran into space goku could quickly perform a instante transmissoin to get out of space.

Goku almost defeated every enemy...i belive it's more strong than Mewtwo.
 
But they were still within the planet's atmosphere. Because everyone knows teh saiyans, as opposed to freiza, cannot breath in space. Mewtwo however was completely out there among teh stars, more than likely using a life support aura like I said earlier.

And the old saying mind over matter applies, as well as THe Pen is Mightier than teh Sword. So according to these famous cliches, Mewtwo's mind strength will easily protect him from Goku's physical strength. his barrier is impenetrable, as it's as strong as his mind, and his mind is redilulously strong.

No inpenetrable barrier. There is no such thing as a perfect mind.

And we were just saying that Goku doesen't need to live in space... he can use an instant transmission.
 
Ok remeber in pokemon 2000 when lugia activated his shield well its was excatly like mewtwos and it broke when it was struck. So the power of gokus attacks would win. Also mewtwo can only have his shield up for so long. And i remeber correctly goku can block many attacks.

Says who? You know that it can't be instantaneous. Maybe in about a minute of concentrating, he could cripple him... but Goku is NOT weak enough to be crippled instantaneously. Goku is definetly too fast to let Mewtwo concentrate on him either. The sooner you all get that thought out of your head, the sooner we can consider the real aspects of the fight.

Actually, Lugia didn't ahve his sheild up when he was hit. And besides, Mewtwo was successfully designed to be the ultimate pokemon so comparing Lugia to mewtwo is like comparing a trike to a Harley. :\ And it's mental power, so as long as Mewtwo stays awake and has the will power, which he always does, he can maintain it.
