There is no Mewtwo in Pokemon Black and White. You can only catch a Mewtwo in Red/Blue/Yellow/Fire Red/Leaf Green.

You could trade for it in the Quick Trade Thread, otherwise there's very little you can do unless you go to the route to the left of Black City / White Forest and bring back older Pokemon (like Mewtwo) in a building on that route. Otherwise if you wanna know where to find a mon in Black and White, feel free to ask in Black and White's Quick Questions!
