Microsoft Courier Tablet- Your own digital journal

This is all functionality I already have in my regular laptop, more or less. I don't see what Microsoft is bringing to the table that isn't already there.

This actually looks really promising. I can easily se how this would work great in a student or graphic designer's workflow. for the Graphic designer, to be able to quickly draw a sketch of something for a client and then later easily use that sketch as the base of the image without having to redraw or scan the image in would be great. As for the student, bringing the tablet functionality combined with the traditional notebook feel would make taking notes and studying and collaborating on projects much easier.

The only real downer that I can see would be the battery life. This would have to have a decent battery to sustain itself for at least 5 hours before needing charged for it to be considered a great product, In my opinion.

That and having to flip through hundreds of drawings etc. Which hopefully will be compromised by sticky-note bookmarking. :3
