Yeah that sounds right
Max happiness isnt very hard to get
Just keep togepi in your party, its happiness goes up the further you walk

But soothe bell makes it faster hahas, once evolved to togetic, must i do the same , max his happiness ?? and the shiny stone to togekiss ??

Shiny stone works at anytime
But the happiness should still be max after evolution anyways
It wont drop unless you trade it

I realise I have some breeding and evolving to do, but the difference seems bigger
