Is there a preferable level that you want for the pokemon to be Rare Candied/Trained?

I have an EV Trained Adamant Nidoking that needs to be leveled to Lv100 from Lv24.
If its too much then I can level it up to Lv50 or so and send him to you? Its my first EV Trained and I need him at Lv100. I would train him myself but I need a Lucky Egg for faster Exp.

Oh and I'm loving that Charmander. Moves are beastly for Egg moves.
 
That would be great. That way, I wouldn't need to worry about trade-trade back for exp boost or hunting Chansey for one or asking for training services. Thanks man. I owe you one. I'll be in WiFi; whenever you're ready.
 
Megahorn and Earthpower.
I will replace Earthpower with Earthquake with my TM.

Replace Double Kick and Thrash.
