Milk, because it has a milder taste. Dark chocolate isn't bad though.

Milk chocolate is very smooth and rich, delicious when you want sweetness and the aftertaste is tolerable
Dark chocolate is very bitter unless you suck on it, then it turns super sweet and smooth. But unfortunately, the aftertaste isn't pleasant
I chose both because both have their benefits. I eat dark chocolate more though, because my mom always seems to have it.
