For a level 28 Milotic her stats arent bad. Now if you'd EV train her she would be a beast. That HP can hit the 380s by level 100. But if you are training it normally go thorugh the Pokemon League. For quite a powerful Pokemon she only needs 600,000 Exp points to be at level 100.

ok only one word WOW so where would be the best place to ev train her

You want a Special Sweeper right? Fight Gastly in the Old Chateau. They give one Ev point for special Attack.

Need some more Defense fight Geodudes and Onixs as they give one defense EV.

Need special Defense fight Tentacreuls on the ocean which give 2 Sp. Def EV points.

For HP go with Woopers west of Pastoria City.

cool thanks and if you dont mind im going to add you to my friends list

ok im having trouble understanding EV's how do you raise stats with them

Ok 4 Effort Values of a certain stat will give you a point in the corresponding stat.

A Pokemon can only have a maximun of 510 EVs and each stat can only have a max of 255 EVs. Since 255 can not be divided by four it is recommended to give a Pokemon 252 Evs in one of its stats for a total of 63 stat points. 252/4=63

If you choose to max out two stats by 252 EV points then you will have 6 points left over in which you can give one stat point to a third stat.

so like every 4 ev's you get of a special stat it raises the stat automaticly?

Well 4 EV points of the certain stat. Like 4 Special Attakc EVs will raise one Special Attack stat. You really ownt see a difference until levle 100 when all points has been distributed.

so the ev's wont go into the stats until level 100

Well they will be spread out throughout the levels. When you see like a +4 or a +5 and maybe even +3's to a certain stat when you level up it is EV points being factored into your stats.

oh ok that answers like all of my ev questions so thanks
