    This is an odd question, but has actually kept me awake at night. Since there is no 'beauty' attribute in SS/HG is there an actual way to obtain a Milotic without trading?
     
    Who says you can't evolve a Feebas into a Milotic in HG/SS? You may not see the Beauty Condition in HG/SS like you are able to see it in D/P/P, but you can still increase the Beauty Condition in a Pokémon. This is some info from a post on Smoogon, do the following and you'll have your Milotic in no time:

    Speeding up the Process of Happiness based evolution and Increasing Beauty

    Everyday, Daisy Oak gives out massages from 3 PM to 4 PM, that increases the Pokemon's happiness, at the Oak house in Kanto.

    Big Brother gives out haircuts on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday in the Underground Market in Goldenrod.

    Little Brother gives out haircuts on Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday in the Underground Market in Goldenrod.

    There is an extra bonus of getting these haircuts and massages besides happiness. Its Beauty condition will increase by 32. It only takes eight days to reach the max amount. You can manipulate the time to max this out in a couple minutes. This is an easy way to evolve Feebas.
