I don't know what to use Rest or Refresh. :\

Use Refresh until you get paralysed, and then you're laughing. Shift more of those Defence EV into Sp Def, and wait until you can intercept incoming Thunder Wave attacks. 252 HP/58 Def/200 Sp Def is my suggestion.

Since toxic can kill calmcune, like many people said. With the c-ray, and the toxic, prompting switches, rest is ok. You can also switch out then heal bell it. Surf for stab, ice beam for dragons.

Like I said this will be my staller, and sponge. I don't really battle people with legendaries, because their way OU, and cheap. :\

Any CalmCune worth it's salt will also have Rest. Which usually means Water Absorbers mess it over (I enjoy throwing Lapras in the way of Suicune).

Lapras is a good Water Absorber, Calmcune is a stong Poke to deal with, but uber cheap! :P

I think you should go with refresh and besides that the set looks decent find room for toxic. Sponges thrive on toxic.

I know that sponges are good with Toxic, but I have other attacks like Surf and Ice Beam to do damage. I know it was okay but I wanted to make it better so I used Toothy's advice on the the EVs. :D

consider getting rid of recover or rest and using mirror coat. milotic has the sp def to use it effectively. this is an egg move for milotic.

its an wall/tank it needs recover....also to use mirror coat effectively you must lower your special defense otherwise the returned damage is still low.

You need high HP, not Special Defence, to use Mirror Coat effectively. Meh, I'm just echoing what Demonion said here. The trick is to take more damage so more gets returned.

I mostly use my Milotic in pokemon contests. I suggest giving it a blue scarf and you will never lose a contest.

If used and made correctly Milotic can be used in a competitive battling sitution too, and that's what I talking about using it for.
