In R/S/E, there is a hidden island that only appears if a man in Pacifidlog Town says that he sees it. If you're lucky, and it appears, there is a very good berry you can pick here called the Liechi Berry. There is also wild Wynaut here. Have you ever been lucky enough to get to Mirage Island? I never have, but there are ways to increase your chances, if you know what you're doing.
