Saphira nodded. "Xander is extremely loyal to you." She noted, looking at the magnificant owl perched on Ryans head.
 
"Now" the witch, who had revealed her name to be Professor McGonnagall began. She turned towards the door and began walking, continuing "If you'll follow me, the sorting will begin."
 
"Yeah he is." Ryan replied to Saphira as they started inside the Great Hall. "I hatched him from an egg whenever I was younger, so we have been together his whole life."
 
Crystal could not believe this odd day. Walk-through walls,exploding quills,and talking hats,cats,pictures and owls. Maybe she was just dreaming,maybe she would wake up soon. But she didn't want this wonderful,magical dream to end.
 
Ryan stood, amazed at how large the Great Hall was. Lost in the moment, he realized he had lost Crystal. "Crystal! Where did ya go!" He yelled amid the crowd of first years.
 
Saphira walked after the boy who had introduced himself as Jake. "I`m Saphira." she said to him.

The doors to the Great Hall opened, emitting a light greater than before. Why is there so much light in this place? She wondered.

ooc: is peeves in this rp?
 
Saphira could hear Crystal nearby. "Crystal?" She called out. "Ryan?"
 
"Xander, fly up above the kids and see if you can spot Crystal." Ryan said to Xander, who juped off his head and fly around looking for Crystal.
 
"Hi,Saphira," said Crystal,glad she could see at least one familiar face. She noticed a familiar owl above all of the kids. She started heading towards Xander,hoping Saphira would follow.
 
ooc: so your gonna forget about saphira? *cries* lol.

ic: Saphira could see Xander overhead, searching for Crystal. She waved at him.
 
Xander hooted and landed back on Ryan's head, pointed at what direction Crystal and Saphira were at, and Ryan started toward that direction until he ran into the both of them. "Thanks Xander!" Ryan said and handed him a mouse from his pocket to eat.
 
"Over here, Xander," said Crystal, waving and jumping up and down. Now that she was close enough, Xander could see and hear her. Soon,Xander had gone to get Ryan.
 
"Hey." Saphira said calmly to the two. "I wonder when the sorting will begin..." She suddently added.

ooc: no ones told me if peeves is in this or not...
 
OOC:I think he is,but don't take me for an official source.
IC:"Hopefully soon," Crystal replied. She could smell the delicious food from the feast already.
 
"I think it has already started." Ryan said as he looked around and they were the only three standing at the big double doors, and all the other first years and everyone in the great hall were staring at them, waiting for them so the sorting could begin.
 
Crystal felt embarrased when everyone in Hogwarts was staring at her. She quickly went into quiet listening mode and went through the doors.
 
"Uhh." Ryan ran up to the ground of first years waiting to be sorted. He felt very embarrassed. Xander just hooted loudly and everyone started to laugh.
 
Saphira quieted down. She was a bit nervous, considering all of the school was watching, along with her new friends.

ooc: so.... i guess no ones gonna make up a sorting song? or i could just type one out from the first one...
 
OCC: I take it we havent been sorted into our house yet? ^^;

IC: Lavender waited patiently to be called and sorted into her house, and Velvet sat at her feet just as patiently. She wasnt that nervous, it wasnt that much of a deal really. Though, Lavender wasnt quite sure which house she wanted to be in. Velvet looked up at Lavender and mewed quietly, and Lavender bent down and patted the kitten on the head affectionatly.
