Ryan felt bad. He knew that Lavender and him didn't deserve the fifty points, but what could he do? He went to help everyone with the mess that Jamie had made. "Hi, I am Ryan." Ryan flicked his wand and the mess was gone. "There you go. Oh and act like you worked really hard of your potion when you get back to your seat because you will find a surprise." Ryan winked and walked back to his seat. He had cast a spell that when Josh, Jamie, and Crystal looked at their cauldrons the right potion was in it. Ryan knew that they would have atleast got it right if Snape hadn't been yelling at them, and there were only a few minutes left in the class, so he knew he had to help them out a bit.

OOC: Now we can get stickied.

ooc: Ahem... A recap would be more appreciated than the knowledge of our stickiability, thank you.

<OOC>We all went to bed, got up, went to breakfast and went to class.<OOC>

Jamie didn't like Ryans solution to the mess. Sure anyone could have cleaned it up with magic, but it took real character to get down on hands and knees to clean it. Still he understood that Ryan was just trying to help, and in the long run, kept him from missing his other classes.

Sitting back at his table, Jamie found the potion correctly mixed. He chuckled and looked at Ryan, and nodded as a thank you to him.

Soon after, the class bell rang it and was off to the next class.

"Charms..." Jamie said taking his schedule out.

Turning and walking over to Lavender, Jamie asked her, "Hey thanks for helping me out back there. Do you know where the Charms room is?"

OOC: Holy, get kicked offline for 2 days and over 200 posts! ANyone mind enlightening me on where we are?

Jillian could hardly remember where Transfiguration went. Maybe it was because she was nervous in that class, perhaps not....

Anyways, she was now heading to CHarms, and getting totally lost in the process.

Being in teh same house as Jillian and basically having the same schedule, I quickly hurried after her towards the Charms class, hoping she knew where she was going. BEcause I certainly didn't this castle had the strangest ways of getting a person lost.

Jillian sighed.

"This way," she motioned to Brian, who was seemingly following her. She had allowed Honouria to do what she did best, and now she knew the way to Charms.

Jillian pulled out her wand as well, smiling. SHe'd been dying to prove herself in class, and now was her chance.

OOC: We usually just play the teachers ourselves, as in everyone.

<OOC>I'm all for a group control here.<OOC>

I'd made it to my second class, Charms, late again. One, I'd been discussing Shelly's poetry with Eric, and two, I'd walked straight into a wall pretending to be a staircase. disgruntled and massaging my injured nose, I stepped into Flitwick's class with a (hopefully) apologetic look and took an empty seat, nearby the noisy pair from last night. I paid no heed to them and took my wand out.

ooc: I'll try, but I'm not used to Harry Potter RPs. :\

ic: "Alright now students, we'll being today with your basic levatation charm. Please open your charms books to page 13 and make sure you have your feather ready.' he said, holding a feather up. I opened my book to the designated page and made sure my feather was right in front of me.

"The incantation here is vital. Wingardium Leviosa is the correct way to say it. Give your wands a good swish and flick, and let's see if we've got any natural charm workers here!" Professor Flitwick said happily.

Jillian grinned and swished her wand expertly.

"Wingardium Leviosa!"

The feather in front of her raised about 3 feet into the air.

I was silently grateful this was one I was well practiced at. I gave the chant and motion with perfect form, and I held my wnad carefully as teh feather steadily floated to teh ceiling before coming back down.

"well done, Mr. Easterly!" Flitwhick cheered. "You are obviously quite good at this!" I blushed in embarrassement.

"Hey, no problem. I was happy to help!" Lavender said cheerfully is response to Jamie. She then pulled out a map from her bookbag, and studied it carefully. After a few moments of hard thinking, Lavender still wasnt able to work out the direction to the Charms room.
"Heh...why dont we just follow the other students?" Lavender suggested, starting to walk faster.

<OOC>If I may comment, they didn't tackle this charm until Halloween in the books. But whatever.<OOC>

I managed to see a little lift on the third try or so, the feather hovering silently a couple inche above my desk. Encouraged by this, I tried moving the feather across the desk. Apparently I put too much zeal into it and the feather shot across the room. Embarrased by both my lateness and the incident, I muttred "Sorry" and scurried to retrieve the feather.
