Misprint Advice

Hullo~

I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice about how to spot the difference between a legit misprint and a fake card.

I've searched this forum and found some ways, missing text and all but i've also got some cards that i can't really place?

What are obvious signs that something isn't real? Any help would be great, i'll try to post some pictures of cards that look off to be tomorrow!

I actually already did read that topic c: The guide doesn't really go in depth on how to spot a good fake from a real misprint though.

For example, one of the cards i have, i believe is a misprint because it looks pretty much the same as a normal card, the only difference is the pokemon number doesn't match.

I don't have an example of this card right now but i will take pictures of them tomorrow, like i said in my first post c:

Well, which particular card is it? There's a Bulbapedia article that contains a list of known misprint cards that I refer to when checking to see if something is a misprint or if it has a chance of being a fake.
