3rd Gen Missing No?

Anyways, my 1st and 4th pics are of a 2nd missingno, but this one's safe... believe it or not... just its pokedex data is glitched.... it's name is ? and looks like 2 big white blocky question marks...all it knows is tackle and can't learn anything else... colosseum identifies it as a bad EGG too, though..... weird..... and the final I know little about.... it's name is ??????????, i've only seen it once, and it also looks like the creature with no name(blank dex entry)

You mean this:

Shadow is right. These thingies are between Celebi and Treecko for some reason. Though they only fill 2 slots, not 25 =/

what exactly is gonbe? isn't it the pre-evolution of snorlax that was mentioned a while ago? what does it look like, and how do you know about it? i've never heard about it except from here, and from sites filled with rumors, like about "pokegods"

They removed the data for catching it. I don't mean the actual Pok?mon's data. I know that it's obtainable in Red/Blue, I've caught it in there. But it's an error of programming, from where it used to be able to be caught IN game, and they took it out for Nintendo Event crap. I'm full aware that the data exists, and the same goes for all the other games. All I was saying was that they changed the data for it so that it wouldn't appear as a wild Pok?mon, and would not be caught in game, normally. And before I get people saying that Nintendo knew about the program error of catching Mew through the infamous glitch, I already know about that. But it's not how Mew was going to first be caught. When they moved the data around to change it, they left residue. That's where Missingno comes from.

Nintendo is pretty thorough though. :\ I don't think that they would remove only part of something, They would remove teh whole thing. Someon has actually explained this once, being real techincal about it and i had to get someoen to exapin it to me to understand it. Basically, the game was made with less ram usage than teh cartidge could handle, and therefore they had excess data space for POkemon taht weren't used. Missingno is the data that wasn't used, and depending on certain things involving your character name, the way you ran into him would be differnt. I remember one example, where if you have a symbol other than a letter in your name you would run into a "wild channeler" who would ahve two missingno's, and the battle would freeze up partway. Missingno isn't residue from where something was removed, sicne Nintendo is more thorough than that. It's where data space wasn't used at all.

so..it just fills itself in with random stuff? how does it do that? wouldn't you think that you would just not find anything, as it doesn't really exist, because nothing is there? i understand why, i just don't know how...or maybe i do know how but not why... i'm confused. basically, how can it make something out of nothing?

look guys, the missingo isnt a cheat/glitch. there was a way to get it in yellow. wel a theory,

they said that you had ta stay on the ssanne for 100 hours and then you would be taken so mewhere and yadda yadda. missingno is the result of when a pokemon, EXP. mew is chosen as the random pokenater. but the game made mew unobtainable so they change the whole data to missingno since the part about mew in R/S is unknown they turn it to missingo since they cant find its data/ and appearences.

as the pokegods,
they were juss pokemon that were released before they were soposed to be, like togepi and maril/azumarill

yes.... i mean that.... but it doesn't have a green background..... that is the safe missingno.

but i still don't know what gonbe is...and also, the pokegods were surprisingly accurate... they had houndoom, steelix, maril, (which they called pikablue, back in my day) and ho-oh. it was even back before g/s were even thought of... not even rumors of g/s were around while the first "pokegods" were mentioned
