Any idea as to when Kasumi/Misty will return permantly and od you know the status of who's she suppose to like? I'm hoping it's Ash. Rather I know it's Ash.
 
I agree, her role was over when she got Togepi. I'm glad May got in anyways, better than some orange haired weirdo (no offense). But, if she does come back or w/e well more the merrier eh?

If she did come back, May would be gone or should be gone. There would be many a quarrel over Ash XD

No, there would not be many a quarrel over Satoshi. Neither Haruka nor Kasumi is in love with Satoshi. Why is that so hard for people to accept? You think just because Haruka and Kasumi are girls, they have to fall in love with the male lead? There's no original Japanese evidence towards either one of the girls being in love with Satoshi. 4Kids makes up stuff all the time to make fans happy, but the Japanese producers don't, because they have artistic integrity. They're not gonna have Satoshi and Kasumi confess their love for each other just because there are a million rabid fanboys and fangirls in America who want them to.

Believe me, I don't think all Americans are ignorant...just 4Kids Entertainment and those who believe the "Pok?mon" dub is superior to the original Japanese version.

Sorry about misinterpreting your post, too. I've just had enough of people who are "convinced" that Satoshi and Kasumi were meant to be when there's no official evidence of it. As far as I'm concerned, they're good friends, and that's all they'll ever be.
 
the 4 kids dub scares me o_0 So many things are edited! onigiri are now riceballs,bombs are now blaster balls, matches turn into candles, and Butterfree didn't die, he 'just might come back'. But that's not the point. Misty over May!
 
Actually, according to SPPf member Murgatroyd, who combed every line of dialogue in the Japanese version, Butterfree's death was never mentioned anywhere in "Bye Bye, Butterfree". It was evidently just a rumor.
 
Ever thought that the very possibility for this is BECAUSE her character barely got much of a role? It's the same reason why Shigeru's seiyuu quit. Not much of a necessity for a role that barely got much of an appearance. Kasumi's character was screwed over the moment Togepi stepped in. Might I also point out that Kasumi HOSTS Pok?mon Sundays along with Takeshi, so I doubt that's true about there being a fight.

You're right; Kasumi DOES indeed host Pokemon Sundays along with Takeshi, but have you ever noticed that the hosting is the SAME thing? o.o Besides, I never said she quit completely; she justdoesn't work there full-time or all the time as Satoshi's seiyuu does. I never said there was a FIGHT between them either... I said "issues..."
No, she did NOT quit because Kasumi had a small role, it's because of, as I say again, "issues" with Mr. Tajiri ((no, I will not specify these issues)), and even IF, I'm saying IF, she quit because Kasumi had a smaller role, you can't blame the character herself, but the writers instead.

"Convinced?" I can GUARANTEE that there are hints from Kasumi's side (If you don't believe me, you can PM me and I'll share a few) in the Japanese episodes, but I can't say that Satoshi has ever thrown any hints. I feel that Satoshi and Kasumi are a good couple, so I support them, I cannot say for sure that they are going to end up together.

Oh come on. It seems like the writers are pushing away from the idea of a Ash x Misty relationship to me. Or Satoshi x Kasumi, whatever...

Who did Satoshi [Ash] hang out with during the episode he came back in? His mom and Haruka [May] it seemed. If Ash liked her, he'd be all over her in the short time he's seeing her.

And who did it seem like Kasumi [Misty] hang out with? Kenji [Tracey] and Masato [Max]. You'd think if she "liked ash lolz" she'd be all over him. But is she? Didn't seeml like it in the pictures.

Then in the preview for the Mt. Moon episode. Who was Kasumi with when the group was seperated? MASATO.

If the writers wantede Satoshi and Kasumi to be together, why didn't they put some evidence in these three episodes? You'd think if they were "still" leaning towards Pokeshipping, they would be attacking it without mercy. -_-
 
I don't think anyone here said the writers were leaning toward SatoxKasu... _ _;;

Besides, this is a Misty/May thread anyways. So let's get back on track :)
