Misty The Mermaid

This thread is just for people who didn't see the episode. The main question upon this thread is, How did Misty become a Mermaid?

This thread aims to get the answer, and perhaps a link, so that fans in the future who need to know how she became a mermaid, can just read this.

Okay, I think you've gotten yourself a little confused. Misty is not a Mermaid. She never was one either. I think you might be referring to two episodes in particular, "The Misty Mermaid" and "Cerulean Blue!" which in both episodes Misty dressed up as a mermaid. In "The Misty Mermaid" she dressed up as a mermaid for a show her sisters had set up in the gym, in which she played a lead role as a mermaid. And in "Cerulean Blue!" she dressed up as a Mermaid to see if she could calm down the gym's Gyarados.
