I'll go with Lorelei because she's a member of The Elite Four. She can wipe the floor with Misty!

Well, Lorelei has experence but Misty has what I call idea and field experance.

I go with Misty because two of her pokemon are able to learn Tunderbolt. It is possible since her Gyarados knows a Flamethrower. Why can't her Gyarados and Starmie can learn Tunderbolt. With a little luck and skill, she can Tunderbolt most of Lorelei's pokemon away and power throught or Flamethrower the rest.

although Misty is a pretty and tomboyish girl,who happens to love Water Pokemon(like me),she is still at gym Leader Rankwhich is no matchup against Lorelei.

Lorelei,on the other hand,is a calm and collected soul,who's much stronger,at Elite Four rank.

So though Mity has gotten stronger by will and Pokemon,she'd still be no match against the ice mistress.However,since Lorelei retired,Misty might hav a chance,yet unlikely.
