    Thats right i have just finished PBR got my sirfing pikachu and have cloned it.

    I currently have 3 up for trade and will have more when im done cloning more.

    So make an offers its first come first serve and ill take a resreve list for new clones and pm when im ready.

    yah there legit is th raikou at the lvl you got it.
     
    how can they be legit, if you have to delete the HM move before migrating it to your d/p?
     
    My raikou is legit and it's almost untouched at lvl 71

    Clonesd, there is a way to get surfing pikachus on 4th gen. You can get them by completing PokeBattlerev, it will say you got the from a 'a special place' or something
