Starfire aroused in a familiar room of complete whiteness. She had noticed herself sitting in a wooden chair, strapped by titanium bars. How in Tamaran did she get locked? Did she commit a crime? Was a villain at it again? She was alone, alone in this white, quiet room?
A cackling, recognizable guffaw echoed in the distance. Mad Mod! Had he managed to capture the rest of the Teen Titans, also? Where were the Titans? Confused, Starfire focuses her attention on Mad Mod.
?What do you wish to do with me?? she interrogated.
?Haha, my little ducky! Figure it out!? shouted Mad Mod.
Mad Mod pulled a lever that caused the floor beneath her to disappear. With a high-pitched scream, Starfire finally landed in another room, the main room. She was no longer strapped to the chair. ?Eek! This place is very ominous!? she said. A few feet away, Starfire heard familiar voices and a few new ones. ?Terra? Beast Boy?? Starfire asked the voices. There they were, up the stairs! She climbed up the stairs and gave them a great big bear hug! ?Friends! You have arrived, also!? she smiled. But her friends were holograms, just holograms. Once again, Starfire was transported. Transported? outside? She landed on the ground with a large thump. Her friends were there, along with a few unfamiliar teenagers.
