I can handle being Administrator on small sites, ( As I am )...
But I think Pokecommunity might be a bit to big for me...
So maybe just As. Admin or Mod

a mod, because like chikara said, less work, and you are respect more than the admin for some reason.

Everybody knows that if you want to get promoted, the admin has to respect you (not the other way round) so to get that respect you have to be nice and do nice things around the community.

What's not a nice idea? I don't know what you're talking about!
I'd have to say neither. When I first joined PC I would have loved to be a mod, but after getting to know some it seems like a lot of work. Besides, I'm pretty challenged when it comes to coding and anything along those lines.
