Okay, so I have a lv. 61 Latios, with a Modest nature. I gave it plenty of berries to remove all EVs, and I'm pretty sure I did the job... However, I'm not one-hundred percent sure, as I no longer have the needed berries to remove EVs. Either way, it's still a good Pokemon. Here's all the info I have on it...
