Neither, i use bold. Milotic is primarily a wall, it should be concentrating on survival over offence.

I assume so;
I was kinda hoping to use a nature that liked dry poffins to enhance the Feebas's evolval.
Finally obtained a Feebas with mirror coat (I have a boxful of crap natures)

but none of them are even bold. kind if sucks!

You can still get Feebas to evolve with Bold. How do I know? I have a Bold EV trained lv. 100 Milotic in pokemon emerald.

In other words, neither. Use Bold (or calm for Mirror coat Milotic)

If you had to choose use Modest.
