You could put the sprites to be used in ROM Hacks and games but i'm not 100% sure with that. I'll double check the Emulation/Game Development rules if I were you. Also, you can post it in the General Pixel Art Discussion thread, but it's strictly for only discussing the sprites,style, etc.
