3rd Gen Monotype Challenge - Kanto

I said I wasn't sure what type I wanted to play with, I just said possibly and probably water. And it didn't say I had to choose Squirtle when I first started this challenge. Frankly, I wasn't in the mood to have Squirttle 'cos I always start with Squirtle. I figured I could just grab the first Pokemon, (Bulbasaur) and just go on from there with whatever type I choose to use.

Water... it makes me melt!

GAH!

My Ivysaur is so clumsy. It misses Tackle nearly every time and always hits itself when confused...

Update: Got through Mt. moon.
Kicked Misty's butt.
Got beaten by my rival (darn Charmander crit-ed me with half the embers and I ran out of potions and got burnt.)
Got revenge.

Do electric or Ground They're epic :P

No i did normal before my team was

Pidgeot,Clefable,Porygon,Tauros,Lickatongue,

Seriously it was a push over (Exept Brock and Agatha)

UPDATE: Went through the Underground Tunnel.
Beat ALL trainers on the Route afterwards.
Went onto the SS Anne.
Lost to my rival. (I didn't know he was there! :surprised:)

Do normal cause im going to do a gorund run on R/B/Y and I dont want people to spoil it.

Snorlax can Surf and Strength... I think. They are pretty decent moves, and he'll get the damage add-on for strength, so... Now you need the other HMs.
I find water-types to be some of the best HM Slaves.

I've only just come out of the noob "all moves damaging, other are rubbish" state of mind... Needless to say i am not very good at Pokemon.
 
I just spent 30 minuets searching for a FEMALE Bellsprout. Finally caught it, named it Giallo... Got SS.Anne Ticket, leveled up Ivysaur and Paras and Giallo a little more. -__- After that search I have lost motivation to play anymore... for the next few hours.

Wait, you can get Bellsprout there...?

Darn... Now I have to go alllllll the way back. Si it exclusive to Leafgreen, cos I have Firered.
