3rd Gen Monotype Challenge - Kanto

Okey, here I come!
I caught Mankey when I was at Route 22 (i'm not gonna use it, it would be too easy!!)
I didn't battle with Gary cause it'll be more fun to do that later on a game.
Then I went to Viridian Forest trought and caught Weedle and Caterpie.
Arrived to Pewter City and explored it. I won Brock with Fangless and WindOfSky and got Boulderbadge + TM. Now I'm heading to Mt. Moon.

Congrats to all of those who have completed my challenge, and to those that are still doing it.

@Sussy8: Of course you can use dual-types, as long as one of the types is your team type! :)
 
When I had beaten Brock I headed to Route 3 and I knocked all the trainer of the road, I captured Jigglypuff lv3 F, Nidoran lv7 M and Spearow lv8 F (all of them to boxes). WindOfSky evolved to Pidgeotto.
-> Pokémon Center -> Mt. Moon -> trainers + Team Rocket grunts were beaten -> Fangless evolved to Raticate. -> I captured Zubat lv7 F, Geodude lv7 M, Paras lv8 M (box). Then I captured Clefairy lv10 F. I renamed her and her name is now FlyingStar. She is on my party now.
-> Route 4: FlyingStar learned MegaPunch, Ekans lv10 was captured.
-> Cerulean City: All the houses were checked -> Gary was beaten + I got Fame Checker -> Nugget Bridge was beaten -> Oddish lv12 F and Abra lv8 M were captured
-> Route 25 was beaten + Bill was helped out and I got S.S. Ticket
-> Back to Cerulean: Misty and her gym were beaten, I won Cascadebadge.

-Started game (Male named Brett. Rival named Jordan.)
-Obtained a Squirtle and beat Jordan's Bulbasaur in the lab.
-Received Oak's special order and swapped it for a Pokedex.
-Received town map from Jordan's sister (she must have the hots for me ;D)
CURRENTLY: Training Squirtle to beat Gary in Round II

Update (poison run):
- i started back up
- beat my rival at route 22
- my bulbasaur (greenbulb) leveled to 10
- caught a weedle (sickle) leveled and evolved it lvl 8
- beat all the trainers in Viridian Forest
- grinding levels for my pokemon
- beat brock
- sickle is now a beedrill lvl 11 and greenbulb is a bulbasaur still at lvl 13
- beat all of the trainers on Route 3
- caught a nidoran (m)
- grindin my pokemon to lvl 16
 
No more story-time... I'm lazy.

I have five badges, now. I'm currently raising all my pokemon up to level 50 so I can go back to Silph Co. to kick Platypi's ass, get a Lapras, and save the day for a Master Ball. Then I'll beat Sabrina and keep on keepin' on.

ok sign me up! I'm going to go with water on my fire red. I have my whole team planned out. (By the time I finish it should be: Blastoise, Gyarados, Poliwrath, Golduck, Dewgong, Lapras). I'll start later tonight.... or maybe I should get that school assignment done and start tomorrow...
