He's right. Meteor falls has one. You can try using the 'Theif' technique on a lunatone to harness more. Considering that the pokemon who knows this isnt holding anything.

Yes, please use simple questions. I have made an annoucement on this issue cause the lack of people using it. You get them from lunatone at meteor falls though.
