more evolution branching or eevee evolutions?

I think we should keep the poor thing at 7 evolutions. Before you know it, Eevee's DNA will react to everything around it and there wouldn't even be just a regular Eevee anymore, and I don't want that. Besides, I think the aim was to make an Eeveelution after all the types that were considered special back before the physical/special line was drawn. Water, Fire, Electric, Grass, Ice, Psychic, and Dark were all the special attacks, as well as Dragon, but I can't picture a Dragon Eeveelution. Mammals and reptiles...? :| It'd be weird.

Also, this seems more suited for Pokemon General, so of it goes.
 
Yep, Eevee was only supposed to go elemental. A Dragon Eevee would be sick :D

There's one thing they may do, though do I dare mention it?

... a completely new physical-type Eevee-like pokemon. Starting with Rock, Flying and Fighting evos.

And yes, Plusle & Minun need a shared evo with the ability to piggyback electric partners in 2-on-2 battles for uber-damaging attacks :D I'd call it Neutrino or Pluminate.
 
If any pokemon should get an evolution it should be Eevee. I'm afraid any of the other Pokemon might get terrible evolutions. At least with Eevee I can choose the latter and forget about any others I don't care for.

They can do whatever they want to the fourth generation Pokemon though. I don't have such a big heart for them. Well not all, but most.
 
There's still going to be 10 more. And I like them, they're all pretty cool and the concept of them is great.
 
I think there should be a Mrs. Mime, and evos of both of them. Like it will go:
Mime Jr. (M) --> Mr. Mime --> Master Mime
Mime Jr. (F) --> Mrs. Mime --> Mistress Mime

Mime Jr. would be normal and look the same, and the Male Mime Jr.'s would evolve into the Mr. Mime we all know, and Female Mime Jr.'s would evolve into a more feminine Mr. Mime, known as Mrs. Mime. Then the Mr. Mime would evolve into a final form, Master Mime, and Mrs. Mime would evolve into a final form, Mistress Mime.
 
All odds say that Eevee will have an evolution for each type. Asuming no more are added, then that leaves us with 16.

Yes, it will get old after a while.
 
I think enough is enough, with regards to the Eeveelutions. I was not impressed with the Gen 4 Eeveelutions, Glaceon and Leafeon.
 
I love Eevee and all of its evolutions but .. they were a big shock to me for some odd, strange reason. I mean, I really really loved Flareon, Vaporeon, and Jolteon. They were always amazing to me. When Umbreon and Espeon came out, I was really excited and they actually became two of my favorites. However when I saw Leafeon and Glaceon I kind of wonder where they will stop with the branching. Kind of like too much of a good thing .. stops exciting you?
