WOW, amazing coloring and shading! =O I think the colors could be more smooth/blended, but the effect is overall awesome.

Wow, this is great! I adore gryphons :) I like the effect you've captured that looks like light catching its fur. I think some of the colouring looks a little messy and leaves white patches in the picture (around the background for example). Other than that, this is a superb piece and I am very impressed! ^^
