3rd Gen More TM/HM's?

Hey there. I have the Ruby Version, and want to know how I can get multiple copies of TM/HM's. I have a Gameshark and found a code on google, but it froze my game each time I used it. Is there another way to modify TM's? Or a different code?

This is the code I used for Gameshark SP:
