    That's right, the final evos are real, according to Serebii. Or at least their names or whatever.

    Anyway, check Serebii to see the new Pokemon. Yooterii has an evo, as well as the zebra, Baoppu evo and Hiyapuu evo, no Yannapu as of now, Gochizeru has a pre-evo, as well as Desukan, Rankurusu. Koromori evolves, and some new Pokemon. Also, N is associated with Team Plasma.
