    Can I get a basic gist of how much those heal with and without weather effects? I tried Ask.com and whatnot but nothing came up exactly as I wanted, and the ol' Pokecommunity hasn't let me down so far.

    Although it seems like the same guy answers all of my questions.
     
    Both:
    Restores a fraction of the user's max HP depending on the weather: 2/3 during Sunny Day, 1/2 during regular weather and 1/4 during Rain Dance, Hail and Sandstorm.
     
    edit Wrong board >_<; in Gen III, Sunny Day will make all of these attacks heal 100%
    The same weather effects also apply to Synthesis.
