i hate magikarps. when a fisherman has a whole team of magikarps, they give very minimal exp, all they do is waste time.
Also i just cant see the point of this scenario.
Fisherman: Im going to crush you with the pokemon i just caught!
*sends out magikarp*
Go Magikarp! Use Splash!
*nothing happens*
Go Magikarp! Use Splash!
*nothing happens*
Go Magikarp! Use Splash!
*nothing happens*
Darn, my magikarp fainted. But I'll beat you with the next one!
Go Magikarp! Use Splash!
*nothing happens*
Go Magikarp! Use Splash!
*nothing happens*
Go Magikarp! Use Splash!
*nothing happens*
and this repeats for the next 5 Magikarps, until...
Fisherman: What? How did I lose?

For some reason, Steel types. Then Magikarp.

Zubat. Good god walking around caves trying to find a rare Pokemon and every three steps you take that anoying "EEEEEYAGAYAGH!" sound it makes when it appears drives me insane!

Thank you, you reminded me how much I hate them. The good thing is that Zubat is gone in Gen V!

Anything that appears with enough frequency to try my patience: Zubat, Golbat, Tentacool, Magikarp, Rattata, et cetera.

Also: any wild ones that use Self-Destruct/Explode as their first move. Ugh.

Zubats, Geodudes, and all electric types for paralyzing my pokemon while I'm grinding.

Zubat, Tentacool, and periodically Geodude. Those three Pokemon that appear constantly in caves/water routes, and don't really give you that much experience. It's a pain to see them whenever trying to train, or look for a specific Pokemon in the area they're in, or to even just try and go anywhere.

Exactly what I think, I couldn't put it better.

I really hate double team spammers; there's nothing worse in the game than them, aside from sand attack spammers.

Magikarp. I always end up in a battle when I am fishing for something else.

I had a tie between Zoroark and Lucario, but i chose the second one. Why? It's uber-favoured,becomes a "mascot" pokemon, lots of trainers have it as their siginature one and they are just nothing interesting and everyone loves them. I'm sick of it. -.- Zoroark for the same reason.
BELLSPROUT.
Annoying, worthless, and ugly.
D;

if you're a competitive battler, then Spore-sub-punch Breloom. I cannot begin to explain how obnoxious and sometimes broken it can be in OU. Although i have used it very well in the past. XD.

In game wise, zubat/geodude and anything that uses double team drive me nuts.

That darn, stupid worthless pokemon (it can be any) that will break your chaining streak on 30, or sometimes 39 so it can just make an obscene gesture and laugh at you.

And then there's the pokemon that will jump out of nowhere during your EV training that don't give you the EV's... Sure it only takes about five seconds to set up the battle and then run, but those add up to minutes of wasted time.

I hate double teamers.

oh how many times I lost ebaracingly at the battle frontier...

I so agree! They make it the odds of winning the lottery just to attack the pokemon. Thank goodness for swift and aura sphere.
