Most annoying/scary game enemy/monster for ya

Most annoying enemy? Definitely Surdama Kir from Summoner 2 or Razor from Need for Speed: Most Wanted. Surdama Kir because the battle against her takes FOREVER, and she runs like a coward. Razor, because he has the most unfair advantage. Despite me taking BIG shorcuts or him crashing a lot, he still manages to catch up within 40 seconds. And his BMW M3 is lame, my Lotus Elise is tonnes better.
 
I thought Alma from F.E.A.R. was super-creepy. She reminded me of the girl from The Ring.

I guess that was intended... but yeah, she is creepy. And she is your mom in the end...
And that makes it even more freakier O_O
 
Well... I really don't know the scariest, but most annoying would be... ODOLWA(Legend Of Zelda: Majora's Mask; the first temple boss)! That dude does that super-weird dance, then all those bugs circle him... Then they come at you... I can't stand that dude... I still remember fighting hm...
 
ok the first time I play Parasite Eve, I run into those mutated crazies in the Museum...I nearly **** myself that whole game its just creepy now thinking about it, and the soundtrack fit the mood and made it all the more scary. Someone already mentioned crimson heads from the RE remake...*shudders* its one thing when a Zombie is slow meandering its way to you slow but then it runs at you with claws. Good thing the trusty grenade in the mouth never fails ;)

Doom brings back some fond memories too..memories of me yelling expletives and my mom scolding me "But mooooommmm I was surrounded by demons in Hell with a shotgun with two shells left. Its ok to call them what they are!"
