Most comical Pokemon

What Pokemon do you find the most comical? For me it's Lickilicky it just looks funny and it's name says alot about it.

They all look so funky. XD

Comical as in personality? Definitely Team Rocket's Meowth.
In the old days he was funny as heck.. nowadays.. not so much.
