    You can name more that 1 pokemon!

    Bidof, Bebaral, Rattata, Raticate, Meouth, Persian, Geodude, Gravler, Golbat, Machop, Machoke, these are just off the top of my head. Farfeche'd, Phyduck, Golduck, Majikarp, Pichu, Pikichu, Richu, Wynut, Wubuffet, Kakunna, Metapod, Silcoon, Cascoon, As I said these are all at the top of my head!
     
    Omg, the pokemon names..
    And it's strange that such pokemon as Persian and Pikachu are on the list >_>'

    But I agree with that Bibarel thing. They look stupid, but make nice HM slaves, heheh..
     
    Wobuffet is one of the cheapest Pokemon out there, so I wouldn't say it's dumb. I agree with you that Bidoof is dumb. It has the word "doof" in its name too.
     
    Bibarel is very annoying, but it makes a good HM slave. And it only looks so stupid because of the Eyes That See All (I mean, how else can it look so disturbed? 0.o) And I'm deeply surprised at most of those. Wobufett is an awesome pokemon! I mean, it can be annoying (especially in the wild- if you've ever seen one outside of the Safari Zone... My game glitched, I've even seen a Mewtwo in the wild, awesome, but a little too "haxxish" >_<) but it has either Shadow Tag (which keeps a pokemon in battle, great against the flee-ers) or Destiny Bond (which attempts to bring the enemy down with you). So they can be really helpful in battle or just trying to catch teh runners.
     
    Psyduck was actually my sister's favorite pokemon back in the days xD

    Most useless pokemon?
    Ehh.. Just about every Sinnoh legendary except Azelf?
    And Palkia sometimes.. I only use it for Surf though.. and for the awesomeness of Spacial Rend.
    Giratina is well, meh, useful for the E4. But nothing more than that.
     
    I think the most dumb is dunsparce. It does nothing.

    Anyways, For dumbest pokemon, I'd have to go with spinda

    Heh. That little dudes so cool, totally not useless if you have the patience to train one.

    IMO the most useless is, well I'd say Pachirisu.
    I mean really? Pikachu clone with bad stats and a crappy moveset?
    And the Tail... Jeez I wanna rip the Tail off and make him eat it..
     
    All of these threads have the same names mentioned. Poor Luvdisc and Dunsparce, they try their best. :P
    Golduck isn't useless, you just have to train it right. I don't usually like water Pokemon, but Golduck is one I don't mind using.
    On that note, I think most water Pokemon are pretty useless. There's so many of them and most of them look like fish, which makes me too uninterested to try to tell them apart. Some water moves are powerful, but you can pick pretty much any water Pokemon and get similar results if you train it right.
     
    Let me just let this out and drop it now. Unowns are the dumbest Pokemon out of all. Admit it. You all agree. They serve no use and they only know one attack. Just the only use for them some seals and a waste of time.

    Also another waste of time is the one and only rare yet common Pokemon, Feebas. Just because it is personally making me mad....so yeah...doesn't count I know.

    Lapras, Golduck, Vaporeon, Swampert.

    Ice Beam, Psychic, Hydro Pump, Earthquake

    Some are useless, maybe because they're the largest group type of Pokemon. But many have mixed movesets and dual types, which can give them big advantages.

    I would like to stress...that there is one pokemon....I really cannot stand... and, here it is..

    Machop is no useless! I love Machop....♥

    I would have to agree about Bidoof and Zubat, though...

    I personally dislike Staravia...it's not bad in battle, and Starly is really cute, I just think Staravia looks silly. (No offense if you like Staravia!)
