Gonna leave out tackle, so probably Surf or Fly. Surf in the anime, and Fly in the game probably, because it has priority over surf when you finally get it haha. Uhh outside of battles that is.

I'd say Tackle, or Quick Attack. It's so basic and it's one of the first moves so they've obviously had to have been used more.
