which out of all the abilities you know is the most useful eg. Charmanders blaze i cant say becasause i just started playin Fire Red

Levitate(can't be hit with ground moves) or Volt absorb(when attacked with electric attacks restores HP).

I really like persian's limber and hypno's insomnia pressure (wich almost every legend has) is also nice.

I find pressue most useful for battles. Making them use two PPs instead of one helps alot. I'll send this to General Games Discussion cause this isn't the only game with abilities.

Natural Cure!! It really helps when it comes to annoy poison and sleep crap like that that will just piss you off during and after battle.

Shed Skin and Rain Dish

Shed Skin removes the condition during battle. Like sleep, poisen, paralyzed, etc. =3

And Rain Dish, just like Volt Absorb except it uses water to heal HP I think...

Yes but I don't think anyone would be dumb enough to use a water type move on let's say Vaporeon, which has the ability to heal after being hit by water moves.
