    I think motherboard is the name of it.... I think the one on my desktop is messed up >.< when you turn it on the logo of the company who made it (COMPAQ) loads and than a black screen comes up with a little white _ at the top left coner. It blinks too xD. anway, how do I fix this? can someone PLEASE tell me! It's Windows XP
     
    Dude, that's normal! Does your computer load normally after? Because if it does, it's just fine. Most computers do that, just some are too fast to see.
     
    erm..
    normally if that happens..
    wait for like 10 mins..
    or check if there is any floppy in your floppy drive...
