    Is there a move deleter person in ruby/sapphire? i want to migrate by best pokemon but they all know Hm moves
     
    I dont really know, but there should be one in Lilycove, as there is one in Emerald, and its only the storyline, 8th gym leader and champion that have changed as far as i know
