Move Relearner from Party Menu (Heart Scale required)

    Was inspired to commission this as a result of Rejuvenation's Move Relearner mod! It places a Move Relearner option in each Pokemon's menu that will only be usable if the player uses a Heart Scale on it. There is an egg move option in this plugin as well, which you can use either as a switch or auto enabled
