Move tutor in emerald

Originally, I asked about the script

setvar 0x8005 0x7
special 0x18D

..and its alternative to emerald (it works in fr/lg).
Someone replied saying use 0x1DE instead of 0x18D, so i tried it.
It did nothing, so i was wandering if there is something different i have to do to the script?

You could've just asked this in your previous thread.
0x1DE is not the special you're looking for, you messed up your math by one.
