Dusknoir is going to be my tank, and I figured an Impish nature would be good. What's a good moveset and EV spread?

Moves:
Curse
Confuse Ray/Toxic
Mean Look
T-Punch
Curse,Confuse Ray/Toxic and Mean Look for an unescapable killing, T-Punch to hit stuff

He gave that set to me beacuse I said using a SubPunching Dusky for a Blissey counter.Uh is that moveset gonna work for Dusknoir? Cuz I didn't ask about Tyranitar.
