I think you can breed Stanler/Leafeon with Vulpix to get it? D:

It would be the same process becuase Stantler and Leafon also only learn it by breeding
But don't worry I found out the problem with my Pal Park (I was looking from the wrong pokemon, mustve selected the wrong one by accident)

Not easily, lol..
It would take a while

Get a Male Espeon on my Ruby raise it to 52 learns Morning Sun
Breed it with Growlithe (I might have to do that on SS)
Get a Male, raise it to 48 learns Flare Blitz
Breed that Male with a random growlithe until I get an Adament one :/
