It's the angle. The one in the bag is taken directly in front of it while the one in the summary is taken at an angle, making it appear brighter and the other was taken with no light, making it darker. None of those shades shows what it truly looks like. Or the fact that the summary ball has a glare, as if it was taken with a flash. I'm looking at the pokeball for the movie Darkrai right now. It's a 100% definite Cherish ball.
