Empoleon has Ice Beam | Surf | Agility | Substitute
Raichu has Nasty Plot | Thunderbolt | Encore | Focus Blast
Starmie has Thunderbolt | Ice Beam | Recover | Surf
I have like two heart scales so I can teach Starmie Rapid Spin if needed.
I can also let one of these hold a Focus Sash as I read you're looking for one.

Yes, if it's considered hacked, then that means you're not allowed to trade it on any of the forum websites including on here.
