I got it as a Haunter off the GTS from someone with a Japanese version. I guess it's name is 'Gengar' in japanese or a japanese nickname. I think I read somewhere you can only change a pokemon's name if you're the original trainer.

i caught a lvl 21 ponyta if that is alright, but if i can get the cloning glitch to work i can give u a level 44 Empoleon - the name is in jap though
