List 2 of 3. I don't know what I want to play for Standard this FNM. I'm leaning towards the UG Ramp deck, but I know I want to play a brew because it's the last FNM of the year, and probably the last time I'll get to play at a sanctioned event that counts Player Rewards.

    -22- Creatures

    -4- Birds of Paradise
    -4- Fauna Shaman
    -4- Bloodghast
    -2- Abyssal Persecutor
    -4- Vengevine
    -2- Skinrender
    -1- Grave Titan
    -1- Avenger of Zendikar

    -14- Other Spells

    -4- Doom Blade
    -4- Mimic Vat
    -4- Momentous Fall
    -2- Consuming Vapors

    -24- Lands

    -4- Verdant Catacombs
    -4- Tectonic Edge
    -9- Forest
    -7- Swamp

This is probably the list that needs the most work. It lacks a sideboard at the moment, obviously, and I'm not sure on many of the numbers.

Momentous Fall is a card that got a lot of hype when Rise of the Eldrazi was first spoiled. It really didn't do much in Standard, but with Mimic Vat's release, and Abyssal Persecutor seeing the light of day, I thought I'd try it out.

There are a lot of your own creatures you want to put on a Mimic Vat. Grave Titan and Avenger of Zendikar are definitely some of those creatures, and Skinrender is a rather obvious one. Momentous Fall, if nothing else, is an uncounterable way to kill your own creatures and put them on the Vat.

I'm running the Shaman/Venge package, but it seems unstable without a one-card engine to get it running (my good friend is running GW with Squadron Hawk and Glint Hawk/Memnite as engines, which seems better than casting Bloodghasts and Birds.). If you guys can suggest a strong BG option to abuse Vengevine in Standard, please let me know. Thanks.

Let me know what you think! =)
